Dr. Braxton earned his PhD from Barry University in Miami, Florida. He also earned his master’s degree in educational and organizational leadership from Barry University in Miami, Florida, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Central State University located in Wilberforce, Ohio. Dr. Braxton has lived with Sickle Cell Disease SS genotype for 69 years.
